Whyte Bikes - Frame Pivot Bearing Kits & Tools

This listing is for the sale of frame pivot bearings fitted into full suspension Whyte mountain (MTB) bike frames.

The kits contain the bearings for the frame pivots only. They do not contain any hardware such as bolts, nuts, washers, spacers. You will need to obtain these genuine items from a specific dealer for your brand of bike.

The kits listed are for 10 x MAX Full Compliment 3802VRS Dual Row Bearings as the ones which come factory fitted. They are for all the moving pivots in the frame.

Headset & Bottom Bracket bearings are a separate component in the frame & require different bearings.

Note: The frame bearings & headset bearings are sold separately they do not come together as a kit!!!

The Tools are also listed separately!

Looked after with regular greasing & avoid pressure washers & solvent cleaners they will last well in normal off road riding conditions.

MAX Full Compliment (ABEC 3):- Non caged bearings. These are capable of withstanding much higher loadings than the standard caged roller bearings above.

Compared to bearings with cages, full compliment bearings have an increased load capacity of around 40% more. This type of bearing has been specifically developed for use in mountain bike suspension pivots where there is a higher load & a lower rotation rate. The whole point of MAX Full Compliment bearings is that more balls allow for greater strength in lower rotation, high load applications.

You will these models are only available as MAX bearings as this is what the manufacturer fits OEM & recommends.

High end MTB's come fitted with MAX Full Compliment bearings as standard & are designed for hard riding.

Please Note: The bikes in the pictures are there to help you make your selection for manufacture year of bike. The bikes are not included in the sale of the kits!!

We strongly recommend that these bearings are professionally fitted into your frame with the correct tools. We have the necessary tools listed for sale. We can also provide this service if you live local to the SK13 area of Derbyshire.

Bearing Tool Kits:

Tool kits listed for specific models contain the extractors & presses you need to remove & install the bearings contained in my kits.

Tool Kit is suitable to remove & fit the frame pivot bearings in E180, E160, E150, G180, G170, T160, T140, S150, S120 from manufacture year 2019 Onwards.
